Interior Contractor specialising in Turnkey Hospitality and Residential projects has an immediate requirement for an Estimations/Quotations Administrator.

Starting Salary: AED 4,500 pm

You must be able to demonstrate experience in all tasks below.

 

Have proven track record in this field with 3-5 years’ experience in UAE and be a self-starter.

 

Requirements:

Experience in the fit-out contracting business required.

Experience & understanding of Estimations, Quotations & Excel.

Knowledge of ID & FF&E quotations.

CAD knowledge preferable.

Impeccable written & spoken English

UAE driving license

Responsibilities:

Receiving RFQ’s cross-checking information (ie BOQ vs. drawings & specs) to ensure accuracy of information. You will prepare, send and follow up all required RFI’s.

Creating and updating BOQ’s for specific projects; monitoring changes from contractors/suppliers.

Preparing RFQ’s for suppliers and following through to proposal stage.

Preparing full quotations including product recommendations based on multiple product ranges.

Upkeep of project files.

Reporting to management and follow-up on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

General office admin duties as required.
